Saturday, August 15, head to the Friday Center for an all-day event called the Wellness Exchange, featuring speakers, workshops and demonstrations about all the ways to promote wellness during and after cancer treatment – including nutrition, art, writing, meditation, yoga, exercise, massage, and more.
The Wellness Exchange is being hosted by UNC’s Get Real & Heel initiative – which is also using the event to celebrate their 20th anniversary.
