Fresh off making a run to the final match of the ITA National Indoor Championships this past weekend, the UNC men’s tennis team moved up two spots to No. 3 in the latest edition of the Oracle/ITA rankings released on Wednesday.

The Tar Heels are 10-1 this season with wins over six ranked opponents, and a total of nine wins in shutout fashion.

Four UNC players earned a place in the individual rankings, led by No. 11 William Blumberg. Also included were: No. 42 Benjamin Sigouin, No. 47 Rinky Hijikata and No. 103 Josh Peck.

The Tar Heels return to action on March 1 for the beginning of ACC play against Virginia Tech.
