The ACC announced Thursday that the scheduled men’s basketball game between Pittsburgh and Notre Dame on Saturday has been postponed due to COVID-19 issues at Pittsburgh.
As a result, Notre Dame will now travel to Chapel Hill to play UNC in a game scheduled to tip-off at 4 p.m.
The Tar Heels were originally scheduled to play Syracuse on Saturday before the Orange’s own issues with COVID-19 forced the postponement of that game.
UNC is 5-4 through nine games this season and has lost each of its first two ACC games against NC State and Georgia Tech.
Notre Dame has gone 3-5, meanwhile, with a matching 0-2 record in conference play.
