Coming down the stretch, UNC basketball (11-5, 6-3 ACC) appears to be turning the corner on its season.
UNC’s attention now turns to Clemson (10-5, 4-5 ACC) for the first time since the Tigers snapped a 59-game losing streak to the Tar Heels in Chapel Hill. These two teams were supposed on play on January 9, but that game was postponed due to COVID-19 issues.
At the time, Clemson was 9-1 and looked like one of the top teams in the ACC. Since then, the Tigers have lost four of their last five games. On the flip side, the Tar Heels are 6-1 in their last seven games — with the only loss coming against Top-25 ranked Florida State.
