For the second consecutive game, the UNC men’s basketball team will be without the services of sophomore forward Sterling Manley–who continues to recover from soreness in his left knee.

Head coach Roy Williams announced the news during his press conference on Friday, ahead of the Tar Heels’ trip to face Pittsburgh on Saturday at noon.

Without Manley–a 6-foot-11 big man from Pickerington, Ohio–the Tar Heels defeated Harvard 77-57 on Wednesday, but only held a 38-34 rebounding advantage.

Manley has served as the primary backup for starting center Garrison Brooks for each of the last two seasons.
