After preparing to play against the Clemson Tigers this weekend, the UNC men’s basketball program will instead not see any action.

The ACC announced Friday that Clemson will have each of its next two men’s basketball games postponed due to COVID-19 testing and quarantining, beginning with Saturday’s scheduled game against UNC.

Clemson was also slated to play Syracuse on Tuesday following the showdown against the Tar Heels in Chapel Hill. Instead, the Orange will now make a trip to the Dean E. Smith Center instead.

Tuesday’s game between UNC on Syracuse will be an attempt to make up a game that was originally scheduled for January 2. It will be televised on the ACC Network and tip-off is scheduled for 9 p.m.
