WINSTON-SALEM– Coming off their first loss of the season, the top-ranked North Carolina men’s soccer team now turns their attention on a road trip at Wake Forest in a key ACC match Saturday night at 7 p.m., from Spry Stadium.

Saturday will mark the third road game for the Heels in its last four contests, and a stretch of four of its last six away from Chapel Hill dating back to the Notre Dame game earlier in September.

Following the sloppy, lethargic effort against William & Mary last time out, Carolina will no doubt be motivated to earn a conference win.

The Tar Heels are 3-0-2 in the last five meetings with Wake Forest dating back to the 2008 victory in the College Cup Semifinals. Additionally, UNC is 9-4-5 all-time at Spry Stadium, and hasn’t lost there since a 4-2 setback in 2007.
