Mia Wendy Colloredo-Mansfeld of East Chapel Hill High and Isa van der Drift of Cedar Ridge have been named part of the 2020 class of Morehead-Cain Scholars.

Founded in 1945, the scholarship offers a full-ride to UNC-Chapel Hill for the duration of their undergraduate education.

The 2020 class features 67 students, 35 from the state of North Carolina.

This year features a diverse group of scholars, with 24 scholars from 20 different states outside of North Carolina.

There are also three scholars from the United Kingdom, three scholars from Canada, one scholar from Italy, and one scholar from South Africa.
