In an initial release about the homicide investigation, Hillsborough Police said witnesses reported seeing a white sedan leaving the area around the time of the shooting. No mention of the sedan was included in Friday’s updated release. The new message also identified Frank, which had not yet been done since he was a juvenile victim.
The Hillsborough Police Department said its Criminal Investigation Division is investigating Frank’s death. Anyone who may have information is encouraged to contact Hillsborough Investigator Andrew Jones by email or phone at 919-296-9562. Additionally, anonymous crime tips can be reported by using the See it, Say it, Send it app, website or calling 919-296-9555.
