Three Chatham County residents are facing an assortment of felony charges after narcotics, firearms and cash were seized from their home.

Authorities say a search was conducted last Thursday at 316 Vickers Road, just north of Fearrington in Chatham County, which resulted in the seizure of heroin, cocaine, marijuana, oxycodone, amphetamine pills, suboxone strips, drug paraphernalia, two firearms and more than $1,400 in cash.

The Chatham County Sheriff’s Office has charged 51-year-old Desmond Patterson, 25-year-old Joshua Patterson and 23-year-old Megan Perez, all of Vickers Road, with a variety of drug-related charges. Joshua Patterson is facing seven charges, including five felonies, and is being held under a $180,00 secured bond. Perez is facing five felonies among six overall charges and is being held under a $192,000 secured bond. Desmond Patterson meanwhile had his bond set at $15,000 while he is facing two felonies and four misdemeanors.

All three suspect are scheduled to be in court on October 23.
