Chapel Hill Police are asking for information related to an armed robbery reported early Monday morning.

Authorities said three suspects reportedly robbed the CVS in Rams Plaza, at the corner of Fordham Boulevard and Ephesus Church Road, at approximately 2:30 a.m.

The suspects were described by witnesses as “three black males dressed in dark clothing with masks,” according to police. “Two of the suspects were seen carrying firearms.”

A police K-9 led officers to an area near the University Inn, across Ephesus Church Road, where authorities believe the suspects fled the scene in a vehicle.

Police are working with neighboring agencies to determine any possible connections with similar cases in the area, according to law enforcement. Raleigh Police were looking for three suspects early Monday morning after a CVS was robbed at 3:19 a.m., according to Raleigh TV Station ABC11.
