Chapel Hill Police are looking for a suspect who allegedly exposed himself to a female victim last week.
Authorities said in a release on Wednesday that a female victim reported a dark-colored, four-door sedan driven by a male subject approached her at roughly 12:40 a.m. Thursday, May 16. The suspect “exposed himself to her while she was walking down McDade Street toward Cotton Street.”
The suspect is a white male, in his early to mid-20s with an average build, according to police. He is reported to have short dirty-blonde hair and a beard. The victim reported the suspect “frequents the area and previous encounters with him have gone unreported.”
Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to call Investigator Peterman at (919) 968-2760 or Crime Stoppers at (919) 942-7515. Calls to Crime Stoppers are confidential and anonymous, and the caller may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
