Chapel Hill Mayor Pam Hemminger joins 97.9 The Hill’s Brighton McConnell to discuss some local events on Thursday, December 16. There are still a handful of local government meetings ahead of winter break, including the Community Design Commission discussing a new project on Thursday. Plus: the town is hoping some community members will make donations to an emergency housing fund, East Franklin Street is expecting to see a change in the coming weeks and several emergency responders are set to be honored.
