Carrboro Mayor Damon Seils spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Friday, April 21st.  He discussed his thought process leading up to Wednesday afternoon’s announcement that he will not seek reelection this fall. He also discussed a proposed inter-government climate council in the county. He also discussed some upcoming community events, including a soil collection ceremony to honor the county’s victims of lynching.
