Two Brains: Art in an Age of Copies

Carolina Public Humanities is continuing their Two Brains series this Thursday where they bring together two experts to discuss topics. This one will bring together Hérica Valladares, Associate Professor of Classics and Cary Levine, Professor of Art History discussing what is real art and if a copy can become art. The Art of Healing Justice 10th Anniversary Celebration Fundraiser

Healing Justice will host its 10th Anniversary Celebration Fundraiser. The celebration will honor those who have been harmed by wrongful convictions, celebrate those who have begun their healing journey, and help raise much-needed funds to continue to provide support to those harmed. Gut Instinct: W.A. Mozart and J. Auernhammer

The Gut Instinct Chamber Music Project will be performing at Person Hall this Friday night. It brings together UNC Chapel Hill and Duke University’s historical instrumental collections together with artists. 4th Annual Black STEAM Fair

E3 Camp (Empowering Excellence Through Exploration Camp) is holding their STEAM Fair. E3 was established to introduce and expose students of color to science, technology, engineering, and math related activities, art skills, experimental activities, and informative field trips. The fair this weekend provides an opportunity for youth between the ages of 10-17 years to meet professionals from various fields and learn more about their possible future professions.
