UNC basketball is using its platform to help with Hurricane Dorian relief efforts in the Bahamas
Brandon Robinson and the UNC basketball Twitter account posted the list of items that fans can bring to Wednesday’s game against Elon. Carolina and Elon are set to tip off at 8:30 p.m. from the Dean Smith Center.

The list of items for relief efforts includes personal items, toiletries, bedding, and baby and toddler supplies. Donations will be accepted at any gate ahead of the game.
Robinson and the rest of the UNC basketball team will travel to the Bahamas for the 2019 Bad Boy Mowers Battle 4 Atlantis tournament. The Tar Heels open the tournament against Alabama on Wednesday, November 27 at 2:30 p.m. The winner of that game will play the Michigan-Iowa State winner on Thanksgiving Day at 1:30 p.m.
The championship game is scheduled for Friday, November 29 at 2 p.m.
Last year, the UNC basketball program and Roy Williams donated $23,400 towards Hurricane Florence relief efforts during Late Night with Roy. The Tar Heels donated $100 for each of 117 made baskets over a four-minute, 15-second shooting drill during the event.
