This week’s Hometown Hero, presented by Hendrick Southpoint, is Frances Boisvert.

Boisvert is retired, but extremely active in her community. She frequently helps her neighbor, who is unable to do many household chores due to a medical condition. Boisvert cleans her house, mows the grass and takes care of her pets.

Additionally, Boisvert takes a hot meal to a homeless person who lives nearby every evening when she’s home.
