South Green Flats to be Carrboro’s First Condos Since 2009

A local developer is helping to fill Carrboro Chapel Hill’s housing gap with the South Green Flats project well underway. The project is currently under construction with an expected completion of mid-2026.  Located at the roundabout on South Greensboro Street as part of the South Green development, it is offering 57 residential flats and 6 commercial spaces for sale.
