The UNC women’s lacrosse program published its 2024 regular season schedule on Tuesday. The Tar Heels are looking to get back to the Final Four after a loss in the national quarterfinals last year.
The Tar Heels will begin the season on the road at James Madison on February 9. The home opener against Liberty is four days later on February 13 at Dorrance Field. Florida visits Chapel Hill on February 17 before UNC opens ACC play at Virginia on February 23.
Other non-conference matchups for Carolina include High Point (February 25), East Carolina (March 12) and a home date with defending national champions Northwestern on March 25.
In conference play, UNC will host Notre Dame (March 2), Louisville (March 23) and Virginia Tech (April 6) before finishing up with Duke on Senior Day on April 18. The Tar Heels will visit Clemson (March 9), Syracuse (March 16), defending ACC champion Boston College (March 30) and Pittsburgh (April 13) in ACC play after the conference opener at Virginia. No start times have been finalized.
