The UNC women’s lacrosse team will vie for its second consecutive national championship when it faces No. 1 overall seed Northwestern in the title game Sunday. The Wildcats dealt the Tar Heels their only loss of the 2026 season.

If you aren’t traveling with the team, here’s how you can follow along at home:

TV Schedule

Television coverage of Sunday’s game begins at 12 p.m. The game will be broadcast on ESPN. As of today, Spectrum, AT&T, Dish Network, Xfinity and DirecTV all carry ESPN.

What if I don’t have cable?

A live stream will be available through the ESPN app or on ESPN.com. You will need to enter TV provider information to access this stream.

Additionally, several cord-cutting options carry ESPN.

YouTube TV costs $83/month and carries the entire ESPN family of channels.

Hulu TV starts at $89/month and includes ESPN, but does not carry NBA TV or NFL Red Zone.

Sling TV is the cheapest at $46/month for the Orange package. Be sure to avoid Sling Blue, as that package does not include ESPN.
