A pair of wins over Virginia and Virginia Tech at home this past weekend helped move the UNC women’s tennis team to 16-0 on the season, while also helping the Tar Heels retain their No. 1 spot in the Oracle/ITA Rankings on Tuesday.

The Tar Heels are one of 13 ACC teams among the national top 50, and they also boast three of the nation’s top six individual players.

Alexa Graham checks in at No. 3 on the individual poll, followed by No. 5 Sara Daavettila and No. 6 Cameron Morra. All six of UNC’s players regularly in the lineup are ranked, tying Georgia for the most players among that list.

This weekend will see the Tar Heels put their undefeated record on the line, when they host No. 8 Georgia Tech on Friday.
