Coming off of a pair of dominant performances this past week against No. 2 Virginia and South Carolina, UNC freshman Aranza Vazquez was selected Tuesday as the ACC Diver of the Week.

This marks the second consecutive ACC weekly honor for Vazquez, who won all four springboard events she competed in last week.

Her score of 344.03 in the 1-meter event against South Carolina broke her own school record of 337.50 that she had set earlier in the week against Virginia.

In the 3-meter event against Virginia, she set a new UNC record with a score of 390.08.
