UNC senior linebacker Cole Holcomb earned Second Team All-ACC honors on Monday, as the league released its annual All-Conference teams.

The native of New Smyrna Beach, Florida was the only Tar Heel on any of the three All-ACC rosters, although wide receiver Anthony Ratliff-Williams, offensive tackle William Sweet and defensive lineman Jason Strowbridge were honorable mention selections.

Holcomb led UNC with 104 tackles across 11 games and served as the leader on defense all season long.

In a loss to Georgia Tech back on Nov. 3, Holcomb’s 22 tackles were the most by a UNC player in a single game since 2007.
