All Lanes of I-85 North in Orange County Reopened

****UPDATE: All lanes of I-85 have reopened.****

The left lane of I-85 north near exit 170 is closed in Orange County Friday morning due to a crash.

North Carolina Department of Transportation officials say the wreck was reported at 7:42 a.m.

There is no word on the severity of the crash or if any injuries resulted from the wreck.

DOT officials estimate the wreck could impact traffic for two hours Friday morning. The lane closure was causing heavy delays as of eight o’clock.
