Chapel Hill Police are asking for public assistance locating 17-year-old Nickolas James Ellison-Scarborough.
Authorities say the teenager was last seen around 7:30 Friday morning in the area of Pritchard Avenue. Police estimate him to be 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 170 pounds.
Ellison-Scarborough was last seen wearing a black and red flannel shirt, dark pants, brown Timberland boots and a red backpack.
Ellison-Scarborough was reported missing twice in July 2017 and was found each time.
