Chapel Hill Police are asking for assistance locating a missing 23 year old.
Eugene Harris Hawkins was last seen, police say, on or about December 19 in the area of Culbreth Road in Chapel Hill.
Authorities said Hawkins is African-American but offered no other descriptors. It was unknown what clothing Hawkins was wearing but added he “may be operating a black 2013 BMW 328i.”
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Hawkins is asked to contact Orange County Communications by calling 911 or (919) 732-5063.
