Congressman David Price (D) is not seeking re-election, having announced his retirement after three decades of representing the Triangle community. The North Carolina 4th Congressional District seat in the U.S. House of Representatives, which covers Orange, Durham and Alamance counties, is contested by Valerie Foushee (D) and Courtney Geels (R).
