The Chapel Hill Police Department announced it has a suspect in custody for the September 27 shooting at the University Gardens apartment complex in Chapel Hill.

Michael Jerome Henry, 29, of Durham was arrested Tuesday by U.S. Marshals with the Carolina Regional Fugitive Task Force, according to a release.

Henry is facing five charges, including murder, attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon. He is being held at the Orange County Detention Center without bond.
