Director of Orange County Libraries Erin Sapienza spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Thursday, April 18. She discussed the process for opening the new Southern Branch of the Orange County Library when the 203 S. Greensboro project later this year in Carrboro. She talked about the process of getting the materials, including books for the library. She also talked about the input the library was able to give in the design of their future space, and how it will be unique to the library. She discussed staffing of the new library, expected timelines, and more.
