Orange County Chief Civil Rights Officer Paul Slack spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Monday, May 4. This led to a conversation about a burial ground for enslaved people that is in Blackwood Farm Park, and how the county plans on recognizing that.
