Hillsborough Mayor Mark Bell spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Tuesday, March 19. He discussed the first residents to be connected to Google Fiber in town, and updated the work going on around town as part of that upgrade. He also talked about some ongoing blasting work happening near I-40 in preparation for some construction. He explained the upcoming Hillsborough Climate Challenge happening in conjunction with Earth Day, which includes several events and daily challenges for residents to help make a positive climate impact.
