Carrboro Mayor Barbara Foushee spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Friday, September 12, discussing town news and events. She discussed the passing of local Civil Rights leader and former Carrboro Alderman Hilliard Caldwell, who died last week at the age of 88. She discussed his legacy and importance in the community.
