Durham Police are investigating two homicides from over the weekend.
Police were called to East Trinity Avenue just before seven o’clock on Christmas evening. When law enforcement arrived they found 24-year-old Brian Moore deceased with a gunshot wound. Police say this shooting does not appear to be random.
Durham Police then responded to a homicide on Saturday when authorities found 54-year-old Roger E. Anderson dead with a gunshot wound on Carroll Street shortly after three o’clock in the afternoon.
No more information was available on either shooting, but police say the investigations are ongoing.
