It has been about two weeks since Charles Blackwood officially took office as Orange County Sheriff – the first new sheriff in Orange County in 32 years.
Last week, Blackwood stopped by WCHL and spoke with Aaron Keck and Elizabeth Friend about his first weeks on the job, the changes he’s making, and how to provide effective and fair law enforcement in the wake of cases like Eric Garner’s and Mike Brown’s.
