Meet Katie.  She is a four-year-old German Shepherd-lab mix.  This dog is more than 60 pounds, but is a lap dog at heart.

She is adventurous, loves car rides, and is always ready to be in nature.  Katie is also quite an Alpha-dog.

Katie is available for adoption from the Goathouse Refuge in Pittsboro.  Let them tell you about Katie:

“Katie is a young girl who’s very affectionate. She loves walks and would do well with an individual or a family who wants that special dog as the perfect addition to their household. She is very friendly with new people and other dogs.”
