Welcome to Woman Crush Wednesday!

This week, join 97.9 The Hill’s Ali Evans for a conversation with Owner and Founder of All She Wrote Notes, Maghon Taylor!

Maghon says she “was blessed with the gift of pretty penmanship” and while she loves sharing her happy, whimsical and fun handwriting through products on her website, her favorite part of calligraphy is sharing it with others! Over the last few years, Maghon has hosted over 500 penmanship parties across North Carolina and taught more than 7,000 women how to make their handwriting happier.

Maghon started her own company after years of compliments on how cheerful her handwriting is, and a friend convinced Maghon to stop comparing her unique style of calligraphy to others. “She just encouraged me to be me!”

Looking to start your own business? Maghon has some great advice. “If you’re waiting for the perfect time, you’re never going to actually make it happen… you just need to jump and build your wings on the way down.”

For an instant pick-me-up, visit the All She Wrote Notes Instagram account. You can also shop Maghon’s collection of inspiring hand lettered products by visiting her website, AllSheWroteNotes.com.

You can even enter to win the instructional hand lettering book from All She Wrote Notes pictured above by posting your throwback prom photo on Facebook or Instagram, using the hashtag #PromOnTheHill. Read more on the Chapelboro Prom here.
