Welcome to Woman Crush Wednesday!

This week, join 97.9 The Hill’s Ali Evans for a conversation with Cat French, Founder and “Director of Dream Fulfillment” at Catherine French Design.

A full service interior design firm, Catherine French Design guides their clients from “Inspiration to Installation,” creating beautiful and functional spaces along the way.

“Cat,” as she’s known to family and friends, is one of those women who seems to have more hours in the day than the rest of us. When asked how she makes it all look easy, Cat shared “the biggest thing for me is to have a really strong village around me. So either it’s my team members themselves, who are wildly talented and always willing to just jump in, or it’s the outer village of people who helped me on the home side, my good friends, etc.”

Having built a successful team at Catherine French Design, Cat had advice to share when it comes to what to look for when creating a crew. The first step? Being “brutally honest” with yourself about what your strengths are, and admitting what lays outside your zone of genius. “One of my very first hires was somebody who had a very opposite skillset of mine, which was very scary at the time, but it was definitely worth that investment.”
