This weekend, you can learn how wool becomes yarn. At Lehigh Farms, they have a history of raising sheep and weaving and they’ll teach you all about it. You’ll see how wool becomes yarn then you can try your hand at spinning. You’ll get the chance to visit with some sheep afterwards as well. For more information, click here.

Come out to Craftboro Brewing Depot this Saturday for a day packed full of fun. At 3:30, they’ll have a brewery tour with their head brewer Tate Little. You’ll see the process of how your favorite local brews are made. After the tour, stick around and enjoy some live music starting at 5:00. They have local musicians playing each week. The Bazaar Craft and Art Market is back this Sunday at the Carrboro Commons. 30 talented makers will be on-hand selling their crafts for you to peruse through. Once you’ve finished your shopping you can enjoy delicious food and drinks from No Bull Street Tacos, Yee Haw Donuts, Craftboro Brewing Depot, Carrboro Coffee Roasters, and more! After you’ve indulged in the delicious options, you can get body art and fairy hair from Sparkle Body Arts and get your own tarot card reading. Triangle Vegfest’s 7th annual vegan Mac and Cheese cook off is this weekend! There will be plenty of delicious vegan mac and cheese for you to try by professional chefs as well as desserts being sold by local vendors. Once you’ve tried all the mac and cheese, you’ll get a ballot so you can vote for your favorite. Along with the delicious mac and cheese and desserts, there will be live music for you to enjoy and other special guests as well. This weekend, CORA will be holding their 11th empty bowl fundraiser at Galloway Ridge. The fundraiser includes homemade pottery, delicious bread, soups, and desserts from local restaurants.
