If you’re a photographer, the Department of Environment, Agriculture, and Parks are holding a photography contest. Explore Orange County and take pictures of the beautiful nature we have around us. The Cosmic Rays Film Festival is at Chelsea Theater this weekend.The film festival is an annual celebration of short films that expand on our ideas of film and what it can be. CORA is holding their annual Empty Bowls event this weekend at Pittsboro United Methodist Church’s Family Life Center. Guests will taste foods from different restaurants and at the end of the night, take home a beautiful handmade bowl.
