Celebrate Pride this weekend starting at the Carrboro Century Center and take part in a parade to roll Rainbow Ram down Weaver Street to the Town Commons.The walk will begin at 4:30 and the Bullttown Strutters will keep the party going through town. Click here to learn more.

Friday, June 28 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

After the parade to roll Rainbow Ram down the street, stick around the Town Commons for Carrboro’s Pride Dance Party.There will be live drag show performances, live music from WXYC’s radio DJs, food trucks, and resources and support for the LGBTQIA community. For more information, click here.

Come out to Hillsborough Gallery of Arts new exhibit, Color & Form. You can see mixed metal jewelry by Nell Chandler, handmade pottery by Evelyn Ward, and abstracted landscape paintings by Ellie Reinhold.The opening reception is this Friday as part of Hillsborough Last Friday Art Walk.
