Art Colors Life

Hillsborough Gallery of Arts have opened their latest exhibit, Art Colors Life. There will be botanical and travel paintings by Chris Graebner, acrylic landscape paintings by Marcy Lansman, needle felted figurative sculptures by Lynn Wartski. The Crow’s Walk Musical

This weekend at Fair Game Tasting Room and Lanza’s Cafe, come see Blue Box Theatre’s production of The Crow’s Walk. The play was written by Grace Siplon of Edinburgh, Scotland when she found a pub known for holding prisoners before their public executions. The music is part pub-jam, part singer-songwriter. American Dance Festival is closing out their season with a shared program of the Dayton Contemporary Dance Company and Paul Taylor Dance Company. Celebrating 35 Years of the Americans with Disabilities Act

Durham Disability Pride
Saturday, July 26 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
There will be another celebration of the 35th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act this weekend at the Durham Disability Pride Parade.There will be informational tables hosted by community organizations and there will be speeches by local speakers sharing what disability pride means to them. After that, there will be a parade along a short, accessible street ending in a dance party. For more information, click here.
