Uproar Festival of Public Art

Uproar Festival of Public Art is back in Orange County. 60 outdoor works of art will be showcased throughout the downtown communities of Chapel Hill, Carrboro, and Hillsborough. Cash prizes will be awarded based on public voting and a jury panel of experts.The art works will be available to see until August 23rd. Click here for more information.
