I came to the garden 34 years, with a history of clinical social work and horticulture and a real strong belief that gardens and gardening can really change lives. So I found myself here at the North Carolina Botanical Garden, a place that really understands and appreciates the natural world that we live in and how we must experience wonders and beauties of nature.
