Bebe Smith is Wednesday’s Hometown Hero.
She works with the Orange County Partnership to End Homelessness. The Orange County Partnership to End Homelessness is a coalition of housing and service providers, local government and the broader community working together to prevent and end homelessness in Orange County.
Bebe is a social work researcher in the UNC School of Social Work. She also advocates for people with mental illness locally and statewide.
Smith chairs a Orange County Partnership to End Homelessness’ 100,00 Homes task force.
