Pippa Hoover and Rachael Hurwitz make up Honey Magpie. They’re better known for their more melancholy songs, but they’ve got a repertoire of quirky and fun music too – and they’ll be spotlighting those tunes at Cats Cradle Back Room on Sunday, July 23, with an all-ages midafternoon show called “It’s Finally Ironic at the Cat Cafe: Music and Laughs with Honey Magpie, Annie Stokes, Colin Cutler, and Sam Foster.”
Get more information and buy tickets to the show at CatsCradle.com.
Honey Magpie dropped by 97.9 The Hill (with support from Grace Bowman) to discuss the show and play the song “Ugly Duckling” live in the studio.
