Welcome to Cappy Hour on 97.9 The Hill! In this brand new segment on The Aaron Keck Show on 97.9 The Hill, we’ll get a shot of real estate with Cappy Hagman of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston. On the last Friday of each month, Cappy is mixing up a delicious cocktail of all things local real estate!

You might remember Cappy Hagman as 97.9 The Hill and Chapelboro.com’s partner on the Fill the Bus campaign. We began collecting food donations for Table to support their efforts filling the hunger gap for children & families throughout Chapelboro. Once schools closed and children were sent home due to the outbreak of COVID-19, the need became even greater to provide for those who count on at least one meal a day at school during the week. As Cappy calls it, this was “a miracle of timing.”

COVID-19 has affected all corners of the world, and local Real Estate is no different. Cappy and her team are putting proper systems in place to be sure they are keeping themselves and their clients safe. With updates like virtual home tours and Open Houses hosted on Zoom, Cappy says “hopefully the sellers will become a little bit more secure with some of the things that we are doing to ensure their safety, to put their houses on their market. It’s still a sellers market!”

Cappy Hagman is a native North Carolinian and proud graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill.  She has lived most of her adult life in the Triangle and thinks it is just the best place to live!  Cappy has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 2004 and to this day she greets her job with the same excitement and enthusiasm as she did on day one.  Cappy believes her clients deserve the best and that’s what she tries to deliver everyday!
