With the top-seeded UNC men’s basketball team heading off to Phoenix for the Final Four, the university has invited fans to help send the Tar Heels off on Tuesday evening.
The gathering will be outside Entrance D at the Smith Center at 6:30 p.m–with the university noting that it is not an opportunity for autographs or pictures with the team.
Parking will be available in any of the adjacent lots (Williamson, Bowles, Manning) any time after 5:00 p.m.
A watch party at the Dean Dome for Saturday’s NCAA Semifinal against Oregon is also currently in the planning process.
