With college football season now just a few months away, we’re getting more details about UNC’s 2025 schedule – including kickoff times for several games.
The ACC this week announced game times and television networks for the first three weeks of the season, as well as non-Saturday games.
For UNC, one of those game times had already been announced: the Tar Heels open their season on Labor Day, Monday, September 1, at 8 p.m. against TCU in Kenan Stadium. That game will be nationally televised on ESPN.
Carolina’s next game will be the following Saturday, September 6, on the road at Charlotte. That game will kick off at 7 p.m., televised on ESPN+.
Then, the Tar Heels return to Chapel Hill to host Richmond on Saturday, September 13; that game will kick off at 3:30, and it will be televised on the ACC Network.
Kickoff times have also been announced for two more Carolina games, both on Fridays: UNC’s October 17 game at California will kick off at 10:30 p.m., and their Halloween game at Syracuse will kick off at 7:30. Both games will be televised on ESPN.
