National Signing Day has finally arrived.

Mack Brown and UNC are putting the final touches on Brown’s first recruiting class back in Chapel Hill. Although many prospects signed during the early signing period (see below), there are still a few recruits that UNC is hoping to sign today.

Here, we’ll be keeping track of each recruit who signs Brown and the Tar Heels as the news comes in.

8:49 a.m. – Defensive lineman Wisdom Asaboro commits and signs with UNC. The three-star recruit was a priority for Brown as the recruiting period signed down and received an offer from UNC in January.

9:04 a.m. – Junior college defensive lineman Raymond Vohasek has signed with UNC. There were some questions regarding his eligibility, but it looks like Carolina was able to accept the signature from the three-star recruit.

9:27 a.m. – Offensive lineman Ty Murray signs with UNC. The three-star offensive guard recruit was previously committed to Louisville, but flipped his commitment to North Carolina on January 13.

10:26 a.m. – Defensive back Don Chapman signs with UNC. A three-star safety from California, Chapman has been committed to North Carolina since January 27. Carolina managed to pull him away from the west coast despite offers from Washington State and Colorado.

6:11 p.m. – Linebacker Eugene Asante signs with UNC. A four-star recruit, UNC battled until the very end against Virginia Tech to land his signature.
