UNC and Minnesota announced Wednesday that the schools have agreed to a home-and-home football series to be played in 2023 and 2024.
The games will represent the first two times the Tar Heels and Golden Gophers have ever met on the gridiron.
Minnesota is scheduled to visit Kenan Stadium on Sept. 16, 2023, while UNC makes the return trip to Minneapolis for the 2024 season opener.
